The fact that there’s such as broad participatory base to the standards means that they reflect industry-wide concerns and best practices and they can then reliably be used to inform the development of national standards.
The ones that are used today are not the same as the ones that were used 20 years ago. This is one of the most exciting things - this adaptability.

International mine action standards are very important reference documents to provide standards orientations and guidelines for ensured safety and efficiency in our daily on-field clearance activities.
